100 Day Trial

You qualify for our 100 Day Trial whenever you purchase any of our mattresses priced at $599 or more.  It is really quite simple:  whenever you purchase one of our handcrafted mattresses for the amount of $599 or more you qualify for our 100 night in home trial. You must sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 days and up to 100 days. Then, if you are not satisfied with how comfortable your mattress is, simply contact us at:  support@4dreams.com. We will have the mattress picked up at no extra cost to you and we will refund the entire purchase price. 

Whenever you purchase a mattress priced at $599 or less there is no in home trial.  Please rest assured you still have purchased one of the best mattresses available at an amazing price. 



A.)  The original purchaser may initiate a return of their mattress for any comfort issue after the 30 day trial period and before the 100 days from the purchase date of their mattress.  Please remember it takes time to adjust to a new sleep system.  Allowing your body the time it needs to adjust is why we ask you sleep on the mattress for 30 days before initiating any return based on sleep comfort.

B.)  The 30 day time frame begins on the day the mattress is delivered.  

C.)  Between the 30 day usage trial period and the 100 days from the purchase date, you may begin requesting your refund if you are not satisfied with your comfort level.  Call us and we will happily have someone pick up the mattress and refund your entire purchase price in full. 

D.)  Please remember the 100 day trial is for comfort issues only.  We ask that you do not initiate the refund for any other reasons.  Wanting to change the size of the mattress, etc… is not a comfort issue.  Please help us to continue offering this service to others in the future.  We appreciate your understanding. 

E.)  When we pick up your mattress shortly after your request for a refund, we will begin processing your refund.  Please allow up to 5 business days to see the funds back in your account. 

F.)  The mattress must be returned in the same condition it was received, less normal wear and tear, and it must be free from stains, bed bugs, mold or any other damage to it’s condition.

G.)  We want you to be satisfied.  We believe we offer an incredible sleep system and we want you to try it without any worries or reservations.  Please work with us because we want to establish a long-term relationship with you built on trust.




Proper Support 

In order to get the most out of your mattress and not void the warranty, please make sure your mattress has the best support possible. 

Your mattress needs a strong foundation from the ground up starting with the frame. The frame needs solid legs with center support for King, Cal King and Queen size mattresses. If you are using a slat system, please make sure the distance between the slats is not more than 4 inches apart. If you are not using slats please make sure you are using a solid foundation that is non-flexing.  Please avoid using any plywood directly under the mattress.  This will allow the mattress to breathe more freely.  If you have any questions, please call us.  We are here to be of service to you.
